For boat screens that are fully moulded the heat exchanger creates the ability to bend acrylic to suit the various moulds that are in stock. Custom-made boat windshields can also be created using this heat exchanger. These normally take more time as moulds have to be made.

A wide range of colours is available to suit individual boatscreen requirements. The most common are clear, light grey, dark grey and light green.
